He became the 14 Red Sox pitcher since 1920 to win each of their first 2 career games, joining Tanner Houck (2020) as the only ones to to so in the last 10 years.

Ceddanne Rafaela was 1-4 with a 2-run homer in the 4th inning. It was his 1st homer since September 6th, 2024.

Carlos Narvaez playing catcher was 2-4 with a homer and double. It was his 1st career homer.

Rob Refsnyder was 3-4 with a pair of doubles.
