Power Outages February 27

Emera Maine customers are starting to feel the impact of the high winds as there are 1166 customers without power as of 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, February 27th.

Customers Downeast are impacted by the high winds, coming out of the East, with sustained winds 20 to 30 miles per hour and gusts up to 50 miles per hour. There is a wind advisory in place until 3 p.m. this afternoon

To see the latest outage and restoration map click HERE. According to Emera, line crews will be working to safely restore service as quickly as possible, and staff are positioned to respond throughout the day if and as new outage reports come in.
