Papi ‘s Spring Debut, Sox Win 7-2

Boston Red Sox DH David Ortiz made his spring training debut this afternoon as the Sox beat the Tampa Bay Rays 7-2 in Fort Myers. Jackie Bradley was 2-2 including a homerun.

Ortiz, starting his final season was 0-3. Joe Kelly pitched 2 scoreless innings for the Red Sox, allowing just 2 hits while striking out 1 and walking 1.  Boston is now 2-1 in Spring Training.
