Outstanding EHS and MDI Girls Results in Class B State Track and Field Meet [PHOTOS]

We want to congratulate all the athletes competing in the Class B Girls State Track and Field Meet in Bath on Saturday, June 5th. We thought the following athletes from MDI and Ellsworth deserved special mention.

The MDI Girls 4x800 Team of Ayli Grace Munro, Grace Munger, Olivia Johnson and Callan Eason finished 2nd with a time of 10:06.44

Addi Laslie from Ellsworth finished 3rd in the Girls 100 Meter Dash with a time of 13:19

Callan Eason from MDI was the Girls 400 Meter Dash Class B State Champion with a time of 59.57

Sharyn Lipski, a Freshman from MDI finished 6th in the 300 Meter Hurdles with a time of 51.05

Grace Munger a Junior from MDI finished 6th in the 800 Meter Run with a time of 2:29.02

Callan Eason from MDI finished 5th in the 200 Meter Dash with a time of 27.19 and Addi Laslie from Ellsworth finished 6th with a time of 27.28

Olivia Johnson finished 2nd in the State in the Class B 3200 Meter Run with a time of 12:19.86

The MDI 4x400 Team of Grace Munger, Azaria Long, Olivia Johnson and Callan Eason finished 5th with a time of 4:21.76

Delaney Sweeney finished 7th in the Discus with a throw of 97-10 while Autumn Paul from Ellsworth finished 8th with a throw of 97-08
