New Nurse at Pemetic Elementary School

A new nurse has joined the staff at Pemetic Elementary School in Southwest Harbor.

Principal Rhonda Fortin introduced Nurse Brittany Burke who will be at the school weekdays except Thursday, when Nurse Barb will be there

In the January 8th Pemetic Elementary Newsletter Nurse Brittany said

I have been a nurse at MDI Hospital for 2.5 years, where I have grown to love serving the community.  Having been born and raised in Downeast Maine, I am used to being involved in a small community and I love getting to know people. I look forward to working with students, staff, and families and hope to serve as a valuable asset in my role as a school nurse.
