MDIHS Cancer Awareness Shirts

As part of the Big East Coaches Against Cancer, MDI High School will be selling these Fight Against Cancer Shirts during the MDI-Central Basketball games on Friday, January 20th and Saturday, January 21st.

All proceeds from the sales, will be donated to the American Cancer Society. The T-shirts are available in both long sleeve and short sleeve versions.

The MDI Boys will play Central on Friday, January 20th at 7 PM and the Girls will play Central Saturday afternoon, January 21st at 4:30 PM. Both of those games will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA and WDEA Internet Radio.

I HATE cancer. I have had cancer twice. My mother and father have had cancer. Today, everyone knows someone who has, or has had cancer. I hope that we will find a cure for cancer in my lifetime. Scientists at Jackson Lab are working hard to do so!
