MDI Volleyball Sweeps Cony

The MDI Volleyball Team evened its record to 3-3 with a sweep over Cony on Saturday at Bernard Parady Gymnasium  The individual set scores were 25-22, 25-12 and 25-22

According to Coach Corey

. “It wasn’t our cleanest match but there were a lot of good takeaways. The girls served well, almost 92%, with 21 aces, and everyone played and had something to contribute. We saw some hard kills, smart plays, and good defense.  We still need to improve our free ball efficiency and transition, but overall it was a good match. It was also great to see so many fans and I hope we can get even more next week for our home matches against Ellsworth and Greely.”

MDI is home against Ellsworth on Thursday, September 26th at 5:30 and then against Greely on Saturday, September 28th at 12:30
