MDI Softball Falls to Bucksport 4-3

The MDI Softball Team traveled to Bucksport on Thursday, April 12th for an exhibition game, and fell to the Golden Bucks 4-3.

Lindsey McEachern pitched a complete game for the Trojans, allowing 5 hits and struck out 8 while not allowing a walk. Of the 4 runs she gave up, only 1 was earned.

Madison Neale was 2-3 with 2 singles. Madison Jones, Mackenzie Jones and Hannah Hanscom each had a single. Hanscom scored twice and Maddie Thornton scored once.

Brittney Dewitt was 2-3 with a double and RBI for the Bucksport Golden Bucks.

Both the MDI Softball and Baseball Teams are scheduled to play at home versus Woodland on Friday, April 13th at 4 PM.
