MDI Rallies to Beat Hermon 43-37 [STATS]

The MDI Trojans beat the Hermon Hawks 43-37, in Hermon, on Wednesday night, December 13th after trailing 14-11 in the 1st Quarter.,

The Trojans led 24-21 at the end of the 1st Half.

MDI was led by Jameson Weir who finished with 10 points. James Witham had 8 points. Cal Hodgdon, and Jarron Biekert each sank a 3-pointer for the Trojans. MDI was 1-7 from the free throw line.

Hermon was led by Brody Hurd with 10 points. Carter Wiggin had 7 points. Wiggin, Bryce Edwards and Mason Kinney each had a 3-pointer for the Hawks. Hermon was 6-11 from the free throw line.

MDI evens their record at 1-1. They will play at the Cross Insurance Center on Friday, December 15th against the John Baspt Crusaders. Tip-off is at 6:30 p.m.  That game will be broadcast on AM 1370 WDEA, on WDEA Internet Radio, on our FREE downloadable APP and on any Alexa enabled device with the pregame starting at 6:15 p.m.

Hermon is now 1-1. They play at Orono on Saturday December 16th at 2:30 p.m.
