MDI Hospital to Hold Community Focus Groups October 8-9

MDI Hospital invites you to attend a community focus group to help shape healthcare delivery Tuesday, October 8th and Wednesday October 9th.

Community Focus Groups will be 90 minutes and length and held as follows

• Tuesday October 8 - 3:30-5 PM - Tremont Consolidated School
• Tuesday October 8 - 6 PM - 7:30 - MDI High School
• Wednesday October 9 - 2:30 - 4 PM - Jesup Memorial Library
• Wednesday October 9 - 5 PM - 6:30 PM - Trenton Elementary School

MDI Hospital representatives want to hear your insights on the types of services that you and your family need, locations where services are provided, ways in which MDI Hospital can enhance your patient experience and other topics.

Refreshments will be served and a $25.00 VISA gift card will be offered to all registered participants.
