MDI Golf 2nd in Class B State Title – Wins Sportsmanship Award

The MDI Trojans came in 2nd in the Class B State Golf Championship at Natanis Country Club in Vassalboron on Saturday, October 6th. The Trojans won the Class B North Sportsmanship Award, for the 2nd consecutive year, and the 4th out of the last 5 years.

York won the State Class B Title with a score of 333. MDI was 2nd with a score of 342. Freeport was 3rd with a score of 345. Cape Elizabeth was 4th with a score of 346 and Hermon was 5th with a score of 356.

The course played a par 72
