We all know that these are "interesting times", especially for the Class of 2020. Normal graduation events have been thrown out the window due to the desire to keep everyone safe during the global pandemic. But a group of MDI High School parents have worked with the school to try and bring some fun to "Senior Week".

Because of the restrictions on mass gatherings, it is difficult to have your yearbook signed by everyone. However, the parents and administration have come up with an alternative!

MDI High School has placed lawn signs with student's senior pictures at the entrance to the High School. All students and faculty are invited to visit the lawn signs placed at the high school entrance and write messages to graduating seniors on the back of the signs.

A couple basic rules.

  • Please bring your own Sharpie marker for this.
  • Please no graffiti and practice social distancing measures at all times.
  • You have all week to stop by as the Class of 2020 will be taking their signs home with them after graduation on Sunday, June 7th
