MDI Boys Defeat GSA in Blue Hill 54-29 [STATS]

The MDI Boys Basketball Team defeated the George Stevens Academy Eagles in Blue Hill, 54-29, Thursday, February 18th.

MDI led 14-7 at the end of the 1st Quarter and 33-16 at the Half. It was 44-26 MDI at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

MDI had 3 players in double figures. Porter Isaacs had a game high 15 points, with Ethan Merchant finishing with 14 points and Maddox Laurendeau with 12 points. The Trojans had 3 3-pointers, with Merchant, Maddox Laurendeau and Kadin Reed each draining 1. MDI was 9-15 from the free throw line.

GSA was led by Teague Smallidge with 12 points. He had 2 3-pointers, with Theron Lehto having the Eagle's other 3-pointer. GSA was 2-4 from the free throw line.
