MDI Boys and Girls at Houlton Saturday January 14

The MDI Boys and Girls Basketball Teams will travel north up I-95 to Houlton to play the Shiretowners on Saturday, January 14th with the Boys playing at 4 p.m. followed by the Girls playing at 5:30 p.m.

The MDI Boys begin the day at 3-5, in 11th place in the Class B North Heal Point Standings.

Houlton is 2-6, in 16th place.

Both teams have played 8 of their scheduled 16 games.

The MDI Girls begin the day at 4-4, in 9th place in the Class B North Heal Point Standings. Houlton is in 6th place with a 3-5 mark.

The Top 12 teams qualify for postseason play, with the top 4 teams earning a bye, advancing automatically to the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor. Qualifying games will feature 5-12, 6-11, 7-10 and 8-9 matchups.
