March 27th’s Open Table MDI a Huge Success Next One is Tuesday April 3rd [PHOTOS]

March 27th's Open Table MDI was a huge success with a little over 80 people fed a delicious meal! There was baked macaroni and cheese, freshly baked bread, squash, squash soup and carrot cake! The next Open Table MDI will be Tuesday, April 3rd.

Every Tuesday night, from 4PM to 7PM a dedicated group of individuals serve a FREE community dinner at the Bar Harbor Congregational Church on Mount Desert Street.

As the number of meals continue to increase (there were 40 people served on March 13th) the is a need for more volunteers. Kitchen helpers, set up people, greeters, servers, photographers and clean up crew as well as entertainers are all needed! If you can volunteer, here's a link to the sign up sheet
