If you are associated with a non-profit organization with a primary office located on Mount Desert Island you should know that Bar Harbor Wealth Management is accepting applications for the 2026 Hattie A. and Fred C. Lynam Trust grants through September 18, 2026.
The Trust established in 1942 supports charitable, religious and educational organizations serving the people of Mount Desert Island. Grants typically range between $500 and $5000.
Grant eligibility is limited to organizations that have been established as tax exempt, and have a 501C-3 certificate, and have their primary administrative office located on MDI. Grant may be awarded for operational needs, facilities, or capital campaigns. Individuals are not eligible to receive a grant from the Lynam Trust.
