GSA Volleyball Beats Jonesport-Beals 3-0

The George Stevens Academy Volleyball Team beat the Jonesport-Beals Royals 3-0 in Blue Hill on Tuesday, October 7th. The individual set scores were 25-23, 25-10 and 25-12.

Individual GSA stat standouts were

• Taylor Grego 8 aces, 8 kills, 6 digs
• Aurora Simmons 8 kills, 2 blocks and 14 digs.
• Layla Hutchins 6 blocks
• Acadia Simmons 19 assists

GSA is now 8-3. They will travel to Harrington to play the Narraguagus Knights on Thursday, October 9th at 5:30 p.m.

Jonesport-Beals is now 7-4. They will travel to Machias to play the Bulldogs on Thursday, October 9th at 5:30 p.m.
