Legend’s Prodigy Team Awarded At-Large Bid to the D2 Summit in Orlando

Another Downeast Cheering Team is heading to Orlando! Congratulations to the Prodigy Team from Legend Athletics who were awarded an At-Large bid to the D2 Summit in Orlando, Florida. This is Legend Athletics first time receiving a bid to the D2 Summit!

The D2 Summit is a prestigious end of year event and t is only open to teams who receive an invitation via bid which are handed out to the top scoring teams in each division. Each competition brand is given a limited number of bids to distribute.  The D2 Summit will take place at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex May 6th - 8th, 2022

Prodigy performed at the Spirit Sports Northeast Knockout two-day competition in Worcester, Massachusetts December 10-12. The Junior Level 1 team ranked first place in their division

The team had a perfect routine on day two and hit zero (no deductions)

Team Prodigy consists of cheerleaders 6-14 years old. Team Members include
