The JC is in memory of Jimmy Card who passed away in November 2017. Card coached many of the present day Lady Eagles in youth leagues. Jimmy's daughters Morgan and Madison played on the Ellsworth Girls Basketball Team and the Card's son Cote, played on the Ellsworth Boys Basketball Team
