Apparently, this is Lassie, a 6-year-old sulcata tortoise. Also, Lassie is a local. To find out more about the care of sulcata tortoises click here. In a discussion on Facebook, it was pointed out that a gentlemen was pushing a purple stroller behind them, for the tortoise.
