ImprovAcadia to Permanently Close – Victim of COVID
ImprovAcadia, the comedy club in Bar Harbor located on Cottage Street will not open this year, and from the sounds of their Facebook Page, will not be reopening in Bar Harbor.. The demise is COVID related as it was just not economical to reopen with the current COVID safety precautions in place.
ImprovAcadia was a Bar Harbor summer staple since 2004
In 2004, our first season of ImprovAcadia, a tradition was started to give us a buoy commemorating the season.
