High Tide 1 Bar Island Car 0 [PHOTOS]

It seems to happen at least once a year. Someone will drive over to Bar Island, and get stuck, or unaware that just as the tide goes out, it comes back in.

This car was stuck on Bar Island with the tide coming in. High Tide was at 1:35 p.m. on Monday, October 5th. Low Tide is at 7:54 p.m.

Subsequent photos have shown the water up to the wheel wells. Hopefully they were able to move the vehicle.

We're anticipating photos from the Acadia Towing around 5 p.m. when they are able to go out there and assist the vehicle.
