Happy 1st Day of Summer

Today, June 21st is the first day of summer! It's hard to believe that it's finally here, and hopefully it will be a good old Maine summer! After a long winter, a short spring, summer is finally here! When I first moved to Maine 29 years ago, I was told no one appreciates Maine like a Mainer, because winter is so long. I get it!

Now that summer is here, what's the one or two things you just have to do? Is it hiking a certain trail? Eating ice cream at a special place? Not missing a festival? Please leave a comment so we can all be certain that the Summer of 2014 is the best ever!
