Monday- Recognition Day- Today we celebrate the incredible members, advisors, business partners, and community leaders who fuel our journey with their passion and support. A huge THANK YOU for your dedication and inspiration. Today, we honor your impact with awards and heartfelt appreciation. We are here to honor K&B Automotive, E.L. Shea, and Nitro Trailers. Pillars of Success recognizes the achievements of volunteers who have contributed time, talent and financial support to our local chapter. Their generous support of our SkillsUSA chapter serves as a pillar of our success, and it is important that we honor them in order to continue and deepen the relationship we cherish.

K&B Automotive, E.L.Shea and Nitro Trailers combined to gift Hancock County Technical Center this brand new trailer to help transport SkillsUSA equipment to competitions, replacing a trailer that was no longer road-worthy.
SKillsUSA Week continues Tuesday-Friday and here is a summary of what will be showcased on each of the days.
Tuesday-Give Back Day reminds us of the power of community and the impact of our skills in action! It's a day dedicated to channeling our energy and talents into the community that supports us, showing just how meaningful our contributions can be. Let's honor this day by using our skills to make a difference, showcasing the true spirit of SkillsUSA. Together, we're not just building skills; we're building stronger communities. HCTC students and advisors will be doing different activities to give back to our communities.
Wednesday- Today, we connect the dots between our SkillsUSA members and the movers and shakers in local businesses and industries. It's a golden opportunity to showcase our career-ready skills and learn from the best in the business. Get ready for a day of networking, inspiration, and insight, all aimed at empowering our future workforce. HCTC has invited our partners to join us for lunch on us, at our Brookside Restaurant.
Thursday- On Advocacy day, we amplify our voices passionately promoting
the value of career and technical education (CTE) and SkillsUSA. It's our moment to highlight how CTE equips us for success, advocating for the support and recognition it deserves. Join us as we share our stories and successes, demonstrating the crucial role SkillsUSA plays in preparing a skilled workforce. HCTC will be posting student testimonials on why they love CTE, HCTC, and or SkillsUSA.
