The GSA Eagles beat the MDI Trojans in Blue Hill on Wednesday, May 3rd as Mya Schildroth doubled with 2 outs and the count of 2-2 to drive in 2 runs, and lead the GSA Eagles to a 6-5 walk-off win in Blue Hill.

Alyssa Ladd went the distance for GSA in the circle, allowing 14 hits and 5 runs. She struck out 7 and walked 1.

Taylor Grant pitched for MDI and allowed 6 hits and 6 runs. She struck out 14 and walked 5.

Mollie Gray, batting clean-up was 3-4 with 2 doubles and triple, scoring twice and driving in a run for MDI. Lily James, Addy Boyce, Grace Horner, and Taylor Grant each had 2 hits. Boyce had a double to go with a single. Allibeth Horner, Lexi Tozier and Gracie Parker each had a single for the Trojans.

MDI had 4 stolen bases, led by Lily James with 2.

Layla Pickering had a pair of doubles for GSA, driving in 2 runs. Schildroth and Corinna Walden each doubled. Regan Libby and Halle Clifford each singled.

Schildroth had GSA's lone stolen base.

MDI is now 2-2 and will host Ellsworth on Thursday, May 4th at 4:30 p.m.

GSA is 3-3 and hosts Mattanawcook Academy on Friday, May 5th at 4:30 p.m.
