Governor Mills Nixes Cruise or Commercial Passenger Ships With More Than 50 People This Summer
In Governor Mills' plan unveiled on Tuesday, April 28th to safely and gradually restart Maine's economy the Governor's Administration noted that it does not anticipate that it will be safe to accept cruise or commercial passenger ships with more than 50 passengers this summer.
The Administration plans on reviewing this in September. This prohibition does not pertain to passenger ferries going between Maine's ports.
The 14 day quarantine period for people entering Maine extends through State 3 (July and August) of the Administration's Plan for Reopening.
