Former Trojans Graduate From St. Lawrence University

Time sure does fly! Congratulations to former MDI Trojans Caroline Driscoll and Sara Norberg who graduated this past weekend from St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York.

Driscoll was named the Martha Finch Female Senior Athlete of the Year . A two-year captain, Driscoll has helped the women's cross country team qualify for the NCAA Championships in each of the last four seasons. She earned all-region honors in cross country in each of the last three seasons, and earned All-America honors as a member of the Saints' program-record setting Distance Medley Relay at the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships in 2017. She was the Liberty League 5,000-meter champion in 2017 and ranks in the top-50 on the NCAA Division III performance list in two events this spring

Norberg was named to the Liberty League All-Academic Team for the 2017 and 2018 Outdoor Seasons. She has done well in the Shot Put finishing 8th place in the Liberty League 2018-19 Indoor Season Championships, 7th place in the Liberty League 2018 Outdoor Season Championships, 6th place in the 2016-17 Liberty League Indoor Season Championships and 8th place in the 2015-16 Liberty League Indoor Season Championships
