Former Eagles Baron and Stevens Named to NAC All Academic Teams

Congratulations to former Ellsworth Eagles Austin Baron and Leah Stevens who were named to the North Atlantic Conference (NAC) All Academic Teams for baseball and softball on June 15th.

To be eligible for the All-Academic Teams student athletes must achieve at least sophomore standing and earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Further, student athletes must compete in at least two seasons of a NAC sport over two academic years.

Baron was named to the All-Academic Team for Baseball.  He just completed his sophomore year at Husson University. He is the son of Danny and Karen Baron and is majoring in Business Administration while pursuing his MBA.

Stevens was named to the All-Academic Team for Softball. She just completed her junior year at the University of Maine - Farmington. She is the daughter of  Lisa and Josh Stevens and is majoring in Community Health
