Explore Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse

One of the most photographed lighthouses in Maine will be open to the public this Saturday, September 10th! The Coast Guard will be conducting tours of the Bass Harbor Head Lighthouse from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Historic displays will be set up in the lighthouse keeper's living quarters. In addition the last groundskeeper of the Light and the grand-daughter of one of the lighthouse keeper will be on hand to share their remembrances and stories.
