Members of the Ellsworth High School Wrestling Team were outside Saturday morning, November 23rd from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the corners of Main and Water Streets .

They were collecting new hoodies and packages of underwear which were given to clients of the Emmaus Homeless Shelter in downtown Ellsworth.

The weather was cold and rainy, but Coach Sam Hughes and the wrestlers felt the warmth of the Greater Ellsworth Community's generosity! According to Coach Hughes they were able to collect several dozen hoodies and $2,583.00 which was given to the Emmaus Shelter.

The Ellsworth High School Wrestling Team will host a round robin at Ellsworth High School on Saturday, November 30th at 10 a.m.
