Ellsworth Volleyball Falls to Hampden Academy in 5 sets

The Ellsworth Volleyball Team's season came to an end on Thursday night, April 8th as they fell to Hampden Academy in 5 sets in the PVC Large School Quarterfinals. The individual set scores were 27-29, 26-28, 25-20, 25-21, and 10-15.

After falling down 2-0, Ellsworth rallied to win the 3rd and 4th sets before ultimately losing the 5th and deciding set.

Hampden Academy advances to the semifinals on Friday, April 9th when they will play the #1 seed Washington Academy Raiders in East Machias.
