Ellsworth Volleyball Beats GSA 3-2

The Ellsworth Volleyball Team beat George Stevens Academy 3-2 on Friday night, September 27th. The individual set scores were
25-22, 25-18, 23-25, 17-25, 16-14.

Individual Ellsworth standouts included

Brielle Grindle: 4 aces, 9 kills, 22 receptions, 8 digs.
Sophie Beal: 4 aces, 8 kills, 1 block, 3 digs
Shanteena Griffiths: 1 ace, 14 kills, 1 block, 3 digs
Lauren Young: 1 kill, 27 receptions, 2 assists, 27 Digs
Sophie Harmon: 1 ace, 2 receptions, 14 assists, 11 digs.
Jordin Mann: 12 assists, 3 digs.

Ellsworth is now 5-2 on the season and will host MDI on Monday, September 30th at 6 p.m.

GSA is now 5-2. They will travel to play Lee on Tuesday, October 1st.
