Ellsworth Volleyball Beat Bucksport 3-0

The Ellsworth Volleyball Team beat Bucksport 3-0, Tuesday night, September 10th in Bucksport. The individual set scores were 25-11, 25-18 and 25-16.

Ellsworth stat leaders included

• Shanteenas Griffiths: 4 aces, 9 service points, 5 kills, 2 digs.
• Lauren Young: 4 aces, 11 service points, 1 kill and 6 digs.
• Brielle Grindle: 4 aces, 5 service points, 4 kills, 2 digs.
• Jordin Mann: 2 aces, 5 service points, 9 assists, 1 dig.

Ellsworth JV won in straight sets: 25-12, 25-12, 25-10.

Ellsworth is now 2-0 and will travel to Brewer to play the Witches on September 13th at 6 p.m.

Bucksport is now 0-2. They will travel to Sumner to play the Tigers on September 17th at 5:30 p.m.
