Ellsworth Sweeps Bucksport 3-0

The Ellsworth Eagles Volleyball Team defeated the Bucksport Golden Bucks on Monday, September 18th at Katsiaficas Gymnasium 3-0. Individual set scores were 25-8, 25-16 and 25-20.

Ellsworth is now 2-3 and Bucksport is 3-2.

Ellsworth was led by Shelby Cote who was 19-20 serving with 9 Aces and 3 Kills. Mariah Young was 12-12 serving with 4 Aces and 5 Kills. Olivia Dyer had 18 Assists. Olivia Robidoux had 14 Kills. Abby Moon was 9-10 serving with 3 Aces and 8 Digs.

Bucksport was led by Britney DeWitt with 3 Aces and 6 Digs. Megan Barrie had 1 Ace and 2 Digs. Brooke Megno had 1 Ace and 1 Dig. Kate Saunders had 1 Ace and 1 Dig.

Ellsworth plays host to MDI on Wednesday, September 20th at 5:15 PM.

Bucksport plays host to Washington Academy on Wednesday, September 20th at 5 PM.
