Ellsworth Softball Beats John Bapst 8-1 [PHOTOS]

The Ellsworth Softball Team beat John Bapst 8-1 on Tuesday, April 28th as Cam Clough struck out 11 John Bapst Crusaders .

Clough held John Bapst to 6 hits and 1 run, which was unearned. She struck out 11 and allowed just 1 walk.

Clough helped herself at the plate, going 2-3 with a triple and drove in 3 runs.

Rebeka Trundy was 3-4, driving in 2 run. Kaylee Bagley was 2-4 from the leadoff spot. Colby Hardison, Lily Alley, London Gaspar and Greenlee Hardison each had a single for the Eagles.

Olivia Hagstrom and Addi Milligan each had 2 hits for John Bapst, with Milligan hitting a double.

Ellsworth is now 2-0. They will play at Hermon on Thursday, April 30th at 4:30 p.m.

John Bapst is 2-1. They will play at Waterville on Friday, May 1st at 4 p.m.
