Ellsworth Boys Tie Presque Isle 1-1, Girls Lose to Wildcats 1-0

The Ellsworth Boys and Girls Soccer Teams took the long ride up I-95 on Saturday, to play the Presque Isle Wildcats on Saturday, October 4th.

In the Boy's Game, Ellsworth and Presque Isle battled to a 1-1 tie, after overtime.

Porter Merrill scored the Eagle's goal, assisted by Caleb Jordan. Cooper Mitchell was in goal.

Ellsworth is now 6-2- 2 and will play John Bapst at the University of Maine on Wednesday October 8th.

Presque Isle is 6-1-2

The Ellsworth Girls lost 1-0.

Ellsworth is now 3-6-0. They will play John Bapst at the University of Maine on Tuesday, October 7th.

Presque Isle is 5-4-0. They will play at Hermon on Wednesday, October 8th at 5:30 p.m

In the JV Boys Game,  Presque Isle beat Ellsworth 2-0.

Brayden Pooler, Ryder Montgomery and Ryan Crosthwaite all spent time in goal for Ellsworth.
