The Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Team picked up a much needed win, beating the Old Town Coyotes 1-0 on Pumpkin Night, October 9th at Del Luce Stadium.

Kaylee Bagley scored the lone goal for the Eagles, assisted by Lizzie Boles.

Pumpkin Night you ask? The Ellsworth Girl's Soccer Program has a long-standing tradition that the team decorates pumpkins on the 2nd to last home game of the season!

Ellsworth is now 4-7-0. They have 3 games remaining in the regular season. They play at Bucksport on Saturday, October 11th at 6 p.m. then hosts Foxcroft Academy on Thursday, October 16th at 6 p.m. for Senior Recognition Night. The Eagles close out the regular season on Monday, October 20th at MDI at 6 p.m against the Trojans.

Old Town is 5-5. They have 4 games left in the regular season. They play at MDI on Saturday, October 11th at 11 a.m., and then host Caribou on Monday, October 13th at 5 p.m. They play on Saturday, October 18th at 2 p.m. against the John Bapst Crusaders and then finish the regular season at home against Hermon on Tuesday, October 21st at 4 p.m.
