Ellsworth Girls Fall to Hermon 41-30 [STATS]

The Ellsworth Girls Basketball Team fell to the Hermon Hawks 41-30, Tuesday night, February 9th in Hermon.

Hermon led 11-9 at the end of the 1st Quarter and 24-17 at the end of the 1st Half. The Hawks outscored the Eagles 7-2 in the 3rd Quarter to increase their lead 31-19 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

Ellsworth was led by Samantha Carter with 7 points and Autumn Paul had 6 points. Morgan Clifford had a 3-pointer for the Eagles. Ellsworth was 3-9 from the free throw line.

Hermon was led by Megan Tracy with 12 points. Jade Leeman had 8 points, with a 3 pointer. The Hawks were 8-12 from the free throw line.

The Eagles are back in action Thursday, February 11th wheen they will play host to the Brewer Witches at 6:15 p.m. That game will be live-streamed on the Ellsworth High School You Tube Channel (NO subscription required)
