Ellsworth Boys Fall to Caribou 62-43 [STATS]

The Ellsworth Boys Basketball Team fell to the Caribou Vikings 62-43 on Friday night, January 24th up in Caribou.

The Vikings led 18-14 at the end of the 1st Quarter and then outscored the Eagles 13-6 in the 2nd Quarter to take a 31-20 lead at the Half. Caribou led 47-33 at the end of the 3rd Quarter.

Ellsworth was led by Hollis Grindal with 11 points and 2 3-pointers. Kyle Kenny had 7 points, with a 3-pointer. Dawson Curtis had a 3-pointer. Ellsworth was 5-11 from the free throw line.

Caribou was led by Kaymen Sargent with a game-high 16 points, including 2 3-pointers. Tristan Robbins finished with 13 points and a 3-pointer. Owen Carrigan had 12 points with 2 3-pointers. Brayden Brescia had 2 3-pointers. The Vikings were 1-6 from the free throw line.
