The high school careers of the Ellsworth High School Class of 2018 is quickly coming to a conclusion, with the Senior Banquet scheduled for May 30th, the last day for Seniors on June 1st, Class Night on June 6th and Graduation for Friday, June 8th. Ellsworth High School announced the Valedictorian and Salutatorian.

Christa Ouellette is the Valedictorian for the Class of 2018. She is graduating with a 100.15 Grade Point Average and will attend Colby College in the fall.

Christa is a talented actress and has participated in the fall musicals, One Act Plays, and
has created major pieces of Art. Christa was one of the Cell Block Tango girls in Chicago ,
Andrina in The Little Mermaid , and was part of the ensemble in Secret of the Wings . The Secret of the Wings production earned a State Championship and went on to participate in the NewEngland Festival. She will receive a Honors Diploma, is a member of the National Honors Society, and the National Arts Honor Society.

Christa is the Historian for the International Thespian Society and Co-Treasurer of the National Arts Honor Society. Christa is also the recipient of the Maine Principals’ Award representing Ellsworth High School. She is the daughter of Lorraine and Chris Ouellette of Ellsworth.

Fiona Tucker is the Salutatorian for the Class of 2018. She is graduating with a 100.09 Grade Point Average and will attend Christopher Newport University in Virginia in the fall.

Fiona will graduate with a Visual and Performing Arts diploma. She is a member of the National Honors Society, and will receive an Honors Diploma. She is the Secretary of the Senior Class, French Club President, Secretary of Student Council, President of
the Thespian Society, and Vice President of Tri-M Music Honor Society.

Fiona is the daughter of Jody Wolford-Tucker and Stephen Tucker of Ellsworth.
