EHS Girls 200 Free Relay Record Falls
The Ellsworth Girls 200 Free Relay Team of Catilin MacPherson (sophomore), Abby Mazgal (freshman), Miriam Nelson (junior) and Ellie Clarke (junior) set a new record Friday night in the swim meet against Foxcroft Academy.

The old record was 1:52.17 but the team of MacPherson-Mazgal-Nelson-Clark smashed it, with a time of 1:48.96, that's 3,21 seconds faster than the old record, which in swimming in an eternity!

According to Coach Goodman this record fell even after the girls swam in key events prior to the race! Coach Goodman said that girls were really focused and absolutely motivated in beating the record
