EHS Cheerleaders Are Back at Games

One of the best part of the Ellsworth-MDI Girls Basketball game on Tuesday December 14th was the fact that the Ellsworth Cheerleaders were back at Katsiaficas Gymnasium!

Last year we are dubbing as the antiseptic year! There were just the basketball players, and game day officials and media at games! Missing were all the fun things that made high school basketball so much fun! Like the students! Like the bands! Like the cheerleaders! Like the fans!

Yesterday the Ellsworth Cheerleaders were out in force! They all had Christmas Ribbons in their hair! They were loud and proud! And I loved their routine at half-time to one of my favorite Christmas songs "I Want a Hippopotamus for Christmas"

Welcome back ladies! I know I speak for the entire Ellsworth community when I tell you that we missed you!
