EHS Boys Swimming Wins PVC’s By 1 Point MDI 2nd

It all came down to the final race, the 400 yard freestyle relay, and Ellsworth, trailing by 2 points entering the race, won, to win the PVC Swimming and Diving Championship by 1 point over the MDI Trojans 269-268.

Rounding out the Top 5 were 1. Ellsworth -269 points 2. MDI -268 points, 3. Bangor - 203 points, 4. Old Town - 135 points and 5. Hampden- 109 points.

Members of the Ellsworth 400 yard freestyle relay team were Sean Hill, Austin Baron, Richie Matthews and Camden Holmes. MDI came in 2nd in the race. The Ellsworth relay team finished with a time 3:21.06
