Eagles Are State Runner-Ups

Congratulations to the Ellsworth High School Cheering Squad who are the State Runner-Ups, finishing 2nd in the State Class B Cheering Competition at the Cross Insurance Center in Bangor on Saturday morning, February 10th!

The Eagles finished 2nd to Hermon, who won the State Title for the 7th time in the last 8 years. Rounding out the Top 5 were Medomak Valley in 3rd, OId Town 4th and Gray-New Gloucester 5th.

Coached by Melanie Omlor-Fox and Kat Dickens the Eagles Cheering Squad consisted of Lindsay Bland, Anna Brown, Brooke Carver, Allison Dorr, Tanner Hardison, Amelia Hayden, Hailey McCabe, Maya McCabe, Kristen Omlor, Bailey Peterson, Alexis Rossi, Kerrigan Shorey and Emma Whitney
