Rafael Devers hit a solo walk-off homer in the bottom of the 9th inning, as the Red Sox beat the Atlanta Braves 7-6 Saturday night, snapping their 4-game losing streak.

Trailing 5-0, the Red Sox scored 2 runs in the bottom of the 3rd, and two more in the 7th and 8th innings, tying the game at 6-6 before Devers' heroics with no one out.

Devers ended the night 3-4, with a double, homer, his 8th of the season and drove in 2 runs.

Jarren Duran was 2-5. He had a 2-run single in the 8th inning, and a 2-run homer in the 3rd inning, his 3rd of the season.

Alex Bregman was 1-3 with a double and drove in a run.

Lucas Giolito started on the mound for the Red Sox, and only went 4.0 innings, allowing a season-high 6 runs on 8 hits. He struck out 3 and walked 2.

From there the bullpen did it's job. Brennan Bernardino pitched the 5th, retiring the side in order. Nick Burdi pitched the 6th and 7th innings,  allowing 4 hits and walking and striking out 1. Garrett Whitlock pitched the 8th inning, walking 1 and Aroldis Chapman picked up the win, and is 3-2 on the season. Chapman walked 1 and allowed a hit, but struck out the side in the 9th inning.

The Red Sox are now 1 game below .500 with a record of 23-24. They are tied for 2nd with the Blue Jays, 4 games behind the New York Yankees, in 1st, in the AL East.

Boston and Atlanta will play the final game of the 3-game series Sunday afternoon with the pregame starting at 12:35 and 1st pitch at 1:35 on AM 1370 WDEA.
