Conversation with Sarah Phelps – Contestant for Miss Maine USA [VIDEO]

WDEA's Chris Popper sat down and spoke with Sarah Phelps who is competing for the title of Miss Maine USA on Saturday and Sunday, June 19th and 20th at the Sheraton Sable Oaks in South Portland.

This competition shouldn't be confused with the Miss Maine USA Strong which was won by Patricia Schimpf

This is the 2nd time that Sarah is competing in the Miss Maine USA competition and for anyone who knows her, she is laser focused on winning this year, after having one year, her first of competing in a pageant.
