Families of children who attend school at Conners-Emerson School in Bar Harbor are eligible for free bulk pick-up of lunches on Wednesdays, between 11:30 and 12:30 through September 25th, the period of remote learning.

The federal government has issued a waiver until December 31, 2020 allowing all schools to serve any child 0-18 years of age for free.

The school needs you to fill in the food survey so they will be able to offer you a weekly bulk box of food during remote learning.  Once in person learning resumes, those students attending school will receive breakfast and lunch at school. Those families opting for virtual only will be able to continue with the weekly bulk box of food.

Part of Conners-Emerson's state and federal funding is based on the Free/ Reduced lunch count. This money pays for Title 1 ed techs, the MLTI laptop program, the school internet, as well as professional development. The application this year is online. Please fill in the form, even if you feel you won’t qualify. All information is confidential.
