Clarke Earns 5 1sts and a 2nd Over the Weekend for Husson University

Former Ellsworth Eagle Ellie Clarke had a productive weekend for Husson University Women's Swim Team, in meets on Saturday and Sunday, January 18th and 19th. She earned 5 1st's, and a 2nd place and set a Husson pool record!

On Sunday, January 19th Clarke finished in 1st for the 100 Yard Backstroke with a Husson record time of 1:03.65. She also finished 1st in the 50 Yard Backstroke with a time of 29.63 and 1st in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 26.81. She was 2nd as part of the 200 Yard Medley Relay Team.

On Saturday January 18th, she finished 1st in the 200 Yard Medley Relay Team and 1st in the 50 Yard Freestyle with a time of 26.40. She also swam in the 200 Freestyle Relay as part of an exhibition team, but her team had the fastest time!

The Husson Swim Team is back in the pool on Saturday, January 25th at St. Joseph's College in Standish
