Chestnut Eats 74 Hot Dogs in 10 Minutes

What did yo have to eat on the 4th of July? Maybe a couple of hot dogs, or a couple of cheeseburgers? I had a lobster roll from the Fish House Grill while broadcasting from the pier and it was delicious!

That was nothing compared to what competitive eater Joey Chestnut had on July 4th! Chestnut devoured a Coney Island record 74 hot dogs and buns in 10 minutes in the annual Nathan's Hot Dog Eating Contest! He won last year, eating a then record 72 in 10 minutes. It was his 11th title.

On the women's side Miki Sudo won her 5th title in a row, eating 37 hot dogs in 10 minutes, besting 19 other women.
