Bucksport Girls Fall to John Bapst 59-40

The Bucksport Girl's Basketball Team fell to the John Bapst Crusaders in Bucksport on Mondya, January 16, 2017 59-40.

John Bapst rode the hot shooting of Crystal Bell who had a game high 28 points, with 12 points in the 1st Quarter, 2 3-pointers for 6 points in the 2nd Quarter and 10 points in the 3rd Quarter. Madi Higgins had 11 points with a 3-pointer for the Crusaders. John Bapst was 12-21 from the free throw line.

Breanna Coombs led Bucksport with 19 points including a 3-pointer. Cassey Coombs had 13 points. The Bucksport Golden Bucks were 5-10 from the free throw line.

John Bapst is 8-5 and will play host to Orono at the Cross Insurance Center on Friday, January 20th at 7 PM.
